March 2024: The 2024-25 calendar is posted on the Alma Schools website.
July 2024: We updated our 2023-24 Memo of Understanding to run until our current contract expires. We also signed an additional MOU regarding changes to the teacher evaluation process.
August 2024: Emily Terres will meet with all new hires to talk to them about joining the association. Please make our newest colleagues feel welcome, and share why you are part of the union. Personal stories are the best recruiting tool.
August 2024 (tentative): AEA Welcome Back Social at Pizza One, downtown Alma. Join us for pizza, drinks, and a chance to network with your colleagues. Pizza, pop, and water provided; cash bar for beer/wine.
